Rodeway Inn Central Colorado Springs

The staff was very nice and accommodating. Parking was a challenge at times. Occasional transients who made the space seem a little low class. Great location for travel and transition as you're going through Colorado Springs. Would recommend to anyone who needs a simple yet affordable place to stay.

I stayed in the 1 bedroom with an outside bench. Excellent service, the manager was incredible. Room appears very clean and excellent decor for a room at this price point. I could smell bleach when I walked through the door. I found that very attractive. Remotes were in bags like they were sanitized. I'm a smoker, so the outside area is so cool. Fridge is cool , freezer is frozen. Very nice touch in a hotel. For the price point I'd definitely give it 5 stars. I'd like to add there are homeless people everywhere on the front range. I feel safe and secure here. There are far worse places in Colorado. So many reviews depicted homeless, your from Kansas go home.

We been staying here for 3 months or more they excellent breakfast and front desk service. Never had a problem with anyone of the staff that works the front desk always accommodate me and get my reservation done and quickly with no hassle. I think the manager of this hotel KC Juanillas is doing a great job with the hotel like the remodels and all. And I stayed at the other one which i had all kinds of problems with other guess fighting and bums all over so this so far has been the best stay I have had!!!! I would like to thank all the staff for a good job and to keep up the work!!

This is one of the most reasonable priced hotels in the area. Room was clean, no smoke no smell, air worked, etc.. This is an older hotel, so maybe a few cracks in plaster or tile. You will not find a more reasonable price for the quality. Water was hot & lots of it. I recommend taking your own pillow if you need something a little more firm. Grounds were clean & well maintained. I was very happy with staff & their customer service. I explained my disability with knee, so she was happy to give me a floor level room. Breakfast was basic, but coffee was good. I was very happy to have my bike parked right outside the room. I got a good night sleep after a hard ride.

I have stayed here for five days. First of all, I am very grateful to the staff Leslie. I really love her so much! It was very late on the day we checked in, and it took her only a few minutes to solve the problem. The room was clean and comfortable with no strange smell. Leslie is a very conscientious employee who always keeps the floor clean and keeps an eye on the guests. She is very patient. I booked a room in booking in the last two days and chose to pay at the store. The other two ladies who received us that day always said that they could not inquire about the order. I sent it many times but could not find it, because it was marked to pay at the store, so I could only close the order. Finally, I used my bank card to pay the original room price for two days. We're really upset. In the end, Leslie and another grandfather solved the problem. However, the refund has not been returned to the account. It has been a month. I will go to the bank to check it today.

Excellent service. Authenticly good natured and intelligent staff. 5 stars for the great staff. The lady they call Mama is a classic sweetheart. Everyone was really nice to my dog and that meant very much to me. Great owner too.

Great for the price. Dee at the front desk was amazing, as was everyone else but we want to give her a shout out. Only got two pillows for two people, but it was a single bed and they didn't mind giving us two more. Not pristinely clean, but definitely not dirty or gross by any means. The couple in the room next to us was arguing but the walls are pretty thick so we only really heard it in the hallway (and someone else's bad relationship isn't the staff's fault anyways). There's a Walmart and some restaurants within walking distance, which was nice after a long road trip. Overall, great experience for the price.

We got a newly remodeled room that was close to UC Memorial Hospital. It was wonderful! No waffles though . All was good!
